How does the VIBE work?

In the simplest sense, the cells in your body have an electrical charge. A voltage if you will, and when that voltage gets too low, you get sick.

This has been proven in many studies. In general, what PEMF does is recharge your cell’s batteries so that your cells have more energy to help heal yourself.

The other thing that it does is it increases adenosine triphosphate or ATP in the body. It's the main fuel that your cells use for food and it's been shown that PEMF can increase ATP up to 500% So, it recharges your cells and gives them more food so the body can heal itself.

My VIBE makes a buzzing noise, is that normal?

It should make a slight buzzing noise with it up against your ear, but that is all.

Each protocol has different frequency sets and some frequencies people are more sensitive to than others, usually higher pitch.

We ask that you do a couple simple things please.

1 - Shoot a video for us so we can hear the noise.

2 - Also hold it at arms length from your ear. Can you still hear it ?

3 - Then hold it an arms length away from a couple friends and/or family members and ask them if they can hear it...without explaining or prompting them. If you say something like "Can you hear this buzzing ?" then they are going to say yes :)

This is rare, but this has happened 3 times as of date.

As well as a few times with temperature sensitivity in people.  They say it is extremely hot, but it is only 105F

My device gets warm is that normal?

We had a customer last recently tell us its extremely hot and makes a lot of noise. We made her do 2 and 3 above.

We could not hear anything in the video and her friends could not either. They felt it and it was not hot. She shot the temperature with a infrared thermometer all on a Zoom call and it was normal under 105F max.

So we have concluded less than 1% of our customers have superman hearing with certain frequencies and are sensitive to temperature.

There is no speaker and the only noise it can make is from a very slight vibrations of the coils. We have concluded a small fraction of the population is sensitive to the sound and temperature of the VIBE, but the device is acting normal.

If the noise is tolerable, leave it alone or try earplugs, or turn the power down slightly. As far as sensitivity to temperature, turn the power down as well and/or do not put it directly against your skin.

What PEMF frequency is best for gut issues?

For gut issues, PEMF therapy is often used to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve overall digestive function. Frequencies in the lower range are typically recommended:

  • 1-3 Hz: (Brain Wave Delta) These very low frequencies are known for their calming and anti-inflammatory effects, which can be beneficial for soothing gut irritation and promoting overall digestive health.

  • 3-10 Hz: (Brain Wave Theta) This range can help with reducing inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract and supporting the healing of tissues. It’s often used for conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Crohn's disease.

  • 10-15 Hz: (Brain Wave Alpha) This range may be used to stimulate cellular repair and improve circulation to the digestive organs, which can support the healing of gut tissues.

If you're dealing with specific gut issues like chronic inflammation or digestive discomfort, starting with lower frequencies (around 3-5 Hz) and gradually increasing to up to 10 Hz can be a good approach.

What protocol is best for Post Workout Recovery?

Brain Wave Beta

For post-workout recovery, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy frequencies typically range between 5 Hz and 30 Hz. Frequencies in this range are considered effective for promoting muscle relaxation, reducing inflammation, and enhancing tissue repair.

  • 5-10 Hz: This lower frequency range is often used for reducing inflammation and pain, as well as promoting relaxation and calming effects on the body.
  • 10-30 Hz: This slightly higher range is more stimulating and can help with tissue repair, increasing circulation, and speeding up recovery.

For general post-workout recovery, a frequency around 10-20 Hz is commonly recommended as it balances both calming and regenerative effects. However, the best frequency can vary depending on individual needs, the type of workout, and specific recovery goals.

What is the best protocol on the VIBE for the Vagus Nerve?

Answer = BrainWave Beta

The vagus nerve, also known as the tenth cranial nerve, plays a pivotal role in regulating various bodily functions and is integral to overall health. Originating in the brainstem and extending down to the abdomen, the vagus nerve is a key component of the autonomic nervous system, responsible for managing involuntary bodily functions such as heart rate, digestion, and respiratory rate. It serves as a bidirectional communication highway between the brain and many vital organs, influencing the parasympathetic nervous system to promote a state of relaxation and calm.

What is the Love 528 Hz good for?

The 528 Hz solfeggio frequency, often referred to as the "Love Frequency," is believed to have various beneficial effects. Here are some of the purported benefits:

  1. DNA Repair: It is often claimed that this frequency can aid in the repair and restoration of DNA, promoting overall cellular health.
  2. Positive Transformation: The 528 Hz frequency is associated with personal transformation and spiritual awakening, helping individuals to experience greater clarity and awareness.
  3. Healing and Balance: This frequency is thought to facilitate healing by promoting balance and harmony within the body and mind.
  4. Stress Reduction: Listening to the 528 Hz frequency can help reduce stress and anxiety, leading to a more relaxed and peaceful state.
  5. Enhanced Creativity: It is believed to stimulate creativity and inspiration, making it beneficial for artistic and problem-solving endeavors.
  6. Emotional Healing: The frequency can assist in releasing negative emotions and fostering a sense of peace and well-being.

Canadian Fees

Dear Canadian Customers,

The agreement between the US and Canada is that any product that is "Computers and Related Equipment" should have 0% duty. The VIBE falls under this classification.

However, there is the Canadian Provincial tax which is 9.975% and the Federal tax for 5%. There can also be additional shipping fees from Canada Post.

Add in the exchange rate and the total landed cost can be 20%-30% higher than the purchase price.

We wish this was not the case, but these are the Canadian Customs Rules and we have to abide by them.

Sorry.

What power cord does the VIBE use?

The VIBE uses a standard USB-C power cord.

If the cord that came with the VIBE gets lost or damaged, you can buy an inexpensive replacement just about anywhere.

Dollar General, the Grocery Store, 7-11, Walmart, you name it.

How to reboot the VIBE ?

The VIBE has overvoltage and temperature sensors. They can shut down the device to prevent permanent damage to the unit. This can potentially stop the VIBE from working properly as it goes into safe mode.

The most common causes are faulty USB ports on your computer, damaged AC adapters, and "dirty" electricity in your home or workplace.

Follow these steps to reboot the VIBE if it not functioning normally.

1 - Make sure it is UNPLUGGED.

2 - Depress the power button for a FULL 10 seconds.

3 - Plug it back in. If you have a normal and good power source, you will see the big green battery "filling"

4 - Give it a complete charge before using it again. This is indicated by a solid green battery icon

5 - Resume normal operations with the VIBE.

If the above steps do not result in the return of normal operations, please contact us.

Which protocol do I run?

The VIBE comes with 59 core protocols that are listed here

With a short explanation of those 59 protocols.

Simply pick the one that best matches your condition/ailment

The core 59 should be your first choice.

If there is not a good match, then review the Brain Wave Expansion protocols. They greatly expand the value and versatility of the VIBE.

Five of the core protocols are brain wave entrainment protocols that operate in the range of 1-30 Hz. Those allow you to expand the versatility to another 70 or so protocols with the brain wave expansion protocols. They are listed here.

How can PEMF help horses?

The VIBE comes with 59 core protocols that are listed here

In the world of equine health, maintaining the well-being of our four-legged companions is paramount. From majestic racehorses to beloved riding partners, ensuring their optimal health is a priority for owners and caretakers alike. Thankfully, advancements in technology have brought forth innovative solutions, one of which is PEMF therapy.

Can I take the VIBE through airport security?

Yes.

When it comes to airports and TSA, treat the VIBE the same as you would your cell phone.

If asked what it is, tell them its an MP3 player, because actually it kind of is. It's an MP3 player with 2 coils instead of speakers.

In all our airport/TSA testing, hoping they would ask questions, they never have to date.

Can the VIBE help with Alzheimer's ?

The VIBE Alzheimer’s protocol has been developed over 35 years from 8000 practitioners and uses 40Hz extensively in the protocol.

MIT now agrees 40Hz is very promising for Alzheimer’s:

MIT’s research on 40 Hz stimulation and Alzheimer’s disease has yielded several key conclusions:

Bigger is not better. Why you don't need a huge magnetic field to be effective.

You don't need a huge magnetic field for PEMF to work because it resonates with water/solution in the body, transfers via the electrical conductivity of the body, and magnetite transfer.

Most of the NIH studies on PEMF have been conducted with very, very low gauss device outputs.

Even the “King” of bigger is better, when it comes to PEMF, published a double-blind study, in his own book, that was extremely effective at even “Pico” level Gauss.

That’s 1 trillionth of a Gauss.

The VIBE is maximum of 9 gauss, and we consistently get good results with people, dogs, cats, and even horses.

Which protocol is best for the Vagus nerve?

Brain Wave Beta protocol which is 16 Hz variance sweep. The protocol moves around the 16 hz, 14.5, 17.5 etc. every couple minutes for the maximum effectiveness.

Battery Life

What is the expected life of the battery?

The VIBE battery is a Lithium non-replaceable battery.

The VIBE case can not be opened by design, because some of the electronics and coils could easily get damaged, so we don't want customers replacing batteries.

While there isn't a fixed percentage of capacity remaining that applies universally to lithium-ion batteries after 1000 cycles, it's not uncommon for batteries to retain around 80% or more of their original capacity under normal usage conditions and with proper care.

Depth of Discharge: Batteries that undergo shallow discharge cycles tend to retain more capacity over their lifespan compared to those subjected to deeper discharge cycles.

Charging Practices: Charging habits, such as fast charging and charging to full capacity frequently, and running it to 0%, can accelerate battery degradation, resulting in a greater loss of capacity over time.

The VIBE should be good for well over 1000 charges, it just that over time it may have to be recharged more often.

It functions much like a cell phone battery or lithium battery on other electronics. Over time the charge may not last as long.

Where are the Pulsar XO protocols?

The Pulsar XO is a Bluetooth connected device that is the predecessor to the VIBE. The Pulsar XO protocols were removed from the web site's main navigation because it was confusing to customers.

The Pulsar XO Protocols are still on the web site, just not on the main navigation anymore.

You can access them here

The "core" VIBE protocols and the Brainwave expansion protocols are on the main navigation and below here:

VIBE won't charge. What do I do?

The most common problem is the power source you are using, and not an issue with the VIBE itself.

Usually its a bad USB port or a bad AC adapter.

Take these steps:

1 - With the VIBE unplugged, hold the power button for a FULL 10 seconds to reboot the device. This is in case you have ran the battery completely dead to 0%.

2 - Plug the VIBE in to charge it. If you don't see a big green battery "filling" then most likely its because the power source you are using is bad.

3 - Test the power source with another device to ensure it good.

4 - When the big green batter is sold, it is fully charged and you are ready to go.

If this does not solve the problem then of course contact us, but this is the issue 99% of the time.

How can the VIBE mimic the BEMER?

I understand exactly what you're asking, but it is a very complicated answer

The VIBE has proprietary protocols as does Bemer and nearly every PEMF manufacturer.

The VIBE uses:

1 - Frequency "pairs" that change every 1-4 minutes on average. The average protocol has 30 or more frequency pairs.

2 - Each protocol is different and range from 30 min to 2.5 hours

3 - The frequencies are between 1-1000 Hz

4 - Maximum 9 gauss controlled by the user

5 - Ramped square wave from

The Bemer uses:

1 - Two frequency modes 10 Hz and 33 Hz

2 - Protocols are sweeps of intensity

3 - About 1 Gauss intensity controlled by the unit

4 - Propriety waveform of sinusoidal increasing intensity

This article is the best explanation we have found of comparing the Bemer to other PEMF devices.

https://healthmatreview.com/bemer-vs-pemf/

Having said all that if you want to try and mimic the 10 and 30 Hz of the Bemer, on the VIBE use the Brain Wave Alpha and Gamma

Thanks

How do you use the magnetic field tester?

Simple hold the bottom of the tester over the coils and you will see the magnet jump around and make noise.

The coils are at the bottom on the back behind the wavey holes.

How can a small pocket device give full body coverage?

#1 - It's resonating with the water in your body like a pebble in a pond. So the energy enters the body where the device is located, but it travels just like a wave on water. Again think of it like a pebble in a pond. One reason we believe this is happening is it doesn't work as well if you are not hydrated - which is a good clue.

#2 - The other is that an alternating magnetic field will create an electrical current, albeit at a very small one. That electrical current is traveling through the body because the body's electrically conductive.

So it's those two principles that allow the energy to travel further than just the magnetic field itself.

What kind of single or wave does the VIBE put out?

All of the wave forms on the VIBE are Ramped Square Waves.

Why EMF reader are not accurate in measuring PEMF

  1. Frequency Range Mismatch: PEMF devices often operate at specific frequencies that may fall outside the range of detection for typical EMF meters. Standard EMF meters are designed to measure a broad spectrum of electromagnetic frequencies, and they may not be sensitive to the narrow and specific frequency ranges used in PEMF therapy.
  2. Pulse Characteristics: PEMF devices emit pulsed electromagnetic fields with distinct pulse characteristics, including frequency, amplitude, and waveform. Many standard EMF meters are not designed to capture these pulse patterns accurately. As a result, they may provide inaccurate or misleading readings when exposed to PEMF signals.
  3. Time-Averaging: Some EMF meters use time-averaging techniques to provide an overall measurement of electromagnetic exposure. However, PEMF therapy involves specific pulsing patterns over shorter durations, and these variations may not be accurately captured by meters that use longer time-averaging intervals.
  4. Sensitivity and Resolution: PEMF devices may emit relatively weak electromagnetic fields, and standard EMF meters may not have the required sensitivity or resolution to measure these lower-intensity fields accurately.
  5. Waveform Complexity: PEMF devices often produce complex waveform patterns, and standard EMF meters may not be equipped to analyze or interpret these complex waveforms correctly. The inability to capture the full complexity of the PEMF signal can result in inaccurate readings.
  6. Directionality and Spatial Variability: The orientation and distance of the EMF meter concerning the PEMF source can affect readings. Standard EMF meters may not account for the spatial variability and directionality inherent in many PEMF devices, leading to inconsistent measurements.
  7. Device Calibration: PEMF devices, particularly medical-grade ones, may be subject to strict calibration standards for therapeutic efficacy and safety. Standard EMF meters may not adhere to the same calibration standards, making their readings less reliable in the context of PEMF therapy.
  8. Lack of Specific Standards: There are no widely recognized standards for measuring PEMF with consumer-grade EMF meters. The absence of standardized testing protocols for PEMF can make it challenging to assess the accuracy and reliability of readings obtained from general-purpose EMF meters.

Are all programs included or does it cost extra for the programs?

The VIBE comes with 59 core protocols that are all preloaded and included with the purchase of the product.

We also have 70 additional Brain Wave Expansion protocols that are included as well.

There are no other charges or subscription fees.

The VIBE is a complete stand-alone "ready to go" therapy device.

No apps or software to download.

How does the VIBE compare to the Magnawave for horses?

As far as the strength - the Magnawave is almost 10,000 gauss, the VIBE is 9 gauss maximum.

So no you wont see any muscle twitching in most people and you don't want or need to. Some people may feel slight tingling but as far as the strength that's the main difference is the Magnawave is much, much bigger in every way = Gauss, Size, Cost, and Complexity. What you will feel with the vibe is the results.

In the world of PEMF bigger is not better. The only people who push that are the Magnawave community and the few who sell the bigger, more expensive machines. You don't need a large magnetic strength to be effective because the theory is the energy acts like a pebble in a pond and it resonates with the water in your body, so it can travel further than the magnetic field itself. Plus, it also travels due to the electrical conductivity of the body.

Actually, almost all PEMF research has been done with very low gauss. Just research it on PubMed if you really need to deep dive.

As far as the physical size I won't get into too much technical detail but basically, the suitcase-size machines are all older technology that uses a completely different delivery mechanism. Simply put, the VIBE is an MP3 music player that uses coils instead of a speaker to deliver the energy.

My screen freezes, what can I do?

We are sorry you are having a problem

This is likely caused by one of 2 possible things, and there is a simple solution for both.

Please review both of these posts

General Inflammation Ghost Bug

When you try to run the “General Inflammation” protocol does the screen start to “stutter”? Does it “slowly shut down in a kind of crawl mode”? When you click any button it does nothing? The good news is the bug that's on General Inflammation - it only occurs on that protocol and there's a very simple workaround for it. What causes it exactly we don't know. It's something to do with the customer's environment because we've never been able to reproduce it here at the company. And when customers send them back they work fine :(

Please look at this blog post. It's very simple, but the bottom line is to unplug it and hold the power button for a full 10 seconds to reboot. In the future when you want to play general information, just play one other protocol for one to two seconds first. (Acne is the obvious choice as it boots up first alphabetically), then hit the menu, and then play general information. It's the only protocol that it does it on and it won't do it again if you follow this simple procedure.

Where is the contact information?

The most efficient way to contact us is via email, as we respond the fastest that way. Email is a lot better channel of communication because there is a 99% chance that the answer to your question is already on the web site and we can point you there for blog posts, videos and explanations.

You can also reach us by phone, but if we are on another call or after hours, it make take a little longer for us to get back with you

How do you attach the lanyard?

Yes, we know it is a little tricky, the slot is recessed so there is no tab sticking out when the device is against the body.

We purposely did not install the lanyard for you, because many people prefer not to have the lanyard installed and like to wear it in their pocket. So that is why it comes as an option out of the box.

To attach the lanyard, use a wire from a twist tie or a needle to grab the string and feed it through. Here is an explanation of the process.

Does the VIBE make sound?

No, for the most part the VIBE does not make any noise, it has no speaker. And it's not intended to be any kind of audio therapy. It is PEMF magnetic field so there is no audible piece to it.

However, if it's extremely quiet in the room and you put the coils against your ear, you may hear a very slight buzzing sound, but only if you have excellent hearing.

Can the VIBE help with PTSD?

Yes. We have a 95% success rate:

How can I learn more about the VIBE and Resonance Frequency Therapy?

What are the Solfeggio frequencies?

Is PEMF Harmful?

No it is not. EMF can be harmful but PEMF is helpful. If low frequency PEMF was hazardous, every living thing on the planet Earth would be dead.

The Earth emits PEMF in multiple frequencies 24/7 and has since beginning of time.

Can it destroy parasites?

No, it cannot help with parasites, similar to why it can not help with cancer. The energy is not high enough to kill parasites, however, the immune support protocol may help to fight it off.

Can it cure cancer?

No the VIBE cannot treat or cure cancer. The VIBE operates at an extremely low energy range, 1 to 1000 Hertz and you need much higher energy to kill a cancer cell. We recommend a Rife machine specifically Spooky 2 is one of the most affordable and most popular ones out there.

However, if you or a loved one has experienced cancer, the VIBE can provide all kinds of relief for post-radiation inflammation and pain, depression, anxiety, sleep, and many other “side effects” that come from the evil of cancer.

What do I run for Erectile Dysfunction (ED)?

For Erectile Dysfunction or ED run the Brain Wave Theta from the brain wave expansion protocols.

What do I run for prostate?

The VIBE has 59 protocols and one of those protocols is specific for prostate. We also have a brain wave expansion protocol for prostatitis that uses the Brain Wave Delta/Theta. Try both of them and see what works best for you.

Why do I feel tired after a Session?

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate and heal cells in the body. It is known to be effective in reducing pain, inflammation, and improving blood circulation.

However, it is not uncommon to feel tired after PEMF therapy. There are several reasons why this may happen:

Can the VIBE help my dog and cat?

How does the VIBE compare to the Bemer mat?

Yes

Does it really work?

This is our best summary of what we think we know.

How does it compare to other energy devices?

There are lots of PEMF devices out there. Most people who have heard of the technology will be familiar with a mat and there are several brands out there. One of them that's the most common is the Bemer mat.

Forget the Mat. The VIBE is 25 times less expensive, 125 times smaller, 8 times stronger, and one piece not 7. The World’s only pocket PEMF therapy device.

PEMF mats were an awesome invention in their day. They have provided relief for millions of people around the world. But time moves on and so does technology.

PEMF mat technology is over 35 years old, and the modern replacement is called VIBE. It is a single stand-alone device that is ridiculously easy to use. You select one of the 59 protocols, click play, and put it in your pocket or wear it around your neck with lanyard. Or place it anywhere against your body.

Faster, Better, Cheaper.

What frequencies does the VIBE use?

The majority of the VIBE protocols use a series of frequency pairs. If you think of the frequency pairs as cords on a guitar, then the protocols would be a song that has 20 to 50 different chords and each protocol is completely different.

So the vibe does not use in most cases a simple frequency or frequency sweep. It uses proprietary copyrighted protocols that range from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. All of the frequencies are super low energy between 1 and 1000 Hertz

What ailments can the VIBE provide relief for?

The VIBE comes with 59 core protocols that are listed here

With a short explanation of those 59 protocols.

Five of the core protocols are brain wave entrainment protocols that operate in the range of 1-30 Hz. Those allow you to expand the versatility to another 70 or so protocols with the brain wave expansion protocols. They are listed here.

What is the Gauss level?

The Gauss level of the VIBE is a maximum of nine Gauss. Here is a summary of the technical details.

Technical Details

Maximum Magnetic field: 900 uT or 9 Gauss

Dimensions: 120 × 59 × 12 mm

Weight: 75 g (2.6 oz.)

Battery: built-in rechargeable battery with 4 hours working time at maximum power and 8 hours at 50% power.

In the Box:

VIBE Device

USB-C charging cord

Lanyard

Instruction card

Can I pick my own frequencies?

No. The VIBE is not programmable and you cannot select a specific frequency. It was designed to be ridiculously simple to use where you just simply select the protocol, hit play, and put it in your pocket.

So we intentionally did not allow it to be programmed to reduce the complexity.

Is it programmable?

No. The VIBE is not programmable and you cannot select a specific frequency. It was designed to be ridiculously simple to use where you just simply select the protocol, hit play, and put it in your pocket.

So we intentionally did not allow it to be programmed to reduce the complexity.

Where do the frequencies come from?

The original frequencies came from a very simple list on an old machine that was discovered back in the early 1990s. Since then, 8000 practitioners over 35 years have experimented with those frequencies in a clinical environment.

It uses frequency pairs and those frequency pairs you can think of as ingredients and the protocols as recipes. So, where the protocols come from was trial and error from all those different doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, etc. just experimenting with real patients trying to find the right combinations of frequencies that gave the best results.

Those are the protocols that Its uses in all its products.

Where are the instructions on how to use it?

The instructions for the VIBE are on the blue card that came with the device. You can scan that QR code or you can visit pemfworld Vibe plus the QR code in green on the back of the device will take you there as well.

What are the most common mistakes?

The number one reason the VIBE won't work for you is that you don't use it.

You need to use it a minimum of three to four times a week or more.

The second reason is you need to be hydrated. It still works if you're not hydrated but not nearly as well. By hydrating, we mean consuming four 8-ounce glasses of water in the preceding 4 hours before treatment. It's really not a lot of water and you should be drinking that much every day for general health anyway.

Another reason is it may not work is if you inadvertently turn the power level too low. The power level ranges from 1 to 10 and most people, 95% or so, will run it at the full power 10 unless your energy sensitive.

We've had a few customers where it didn't work for them and after investigation found out they turned it down to zero or one or something very low.

So, make sure the power level is at 10 for most people.

One last common mistake is that you're using the wrong protocol for your ailment. Which in most cases means you're self-diagnosing because you're the one that selects the protocol.

But sometimes what you selected is not really the core problem.

In circumstances like this, we highly recommend that you contact us so we can discuss your situation one-on-one, and make some recommendations on other things to try.

What happens if I drop it in the toilet?

Yes, it has happened more than you would think.

If you get it wet, it is not waterproof. The wavy holes on the back of the device are air vents for the coils. So if water gets inside of it - rice will not do the trick.

Use a blow dryer as quickly as possible to completely dry it then the device should be fine. Just don't let it stay wet for very long or the circuitry will corrode.

https://youtube.com/shorts/q-VnApSRtFI

Does the device have to touch the skin?

No it does not need to touch your skin to be effective. It can be on the outside of your clothes. The only precaution is really thick jackets or thick clothing material because the magnetic field does drop off quickly with distance.

So, you want to get it as close to your body as you can specifically the back of the device as close as possible to your body.

Is it okay to run several of the protocols in a day?

Yes, it's OK to run several protocols in a day. But pay attention to your body and what it's telling you. You can overdo it and it can make you tired because of it.

Because your body needs time to process the energy and repair itself. So just be keen to whether it's making you too sluggish or tired and then cut back on the number of protocols or number of sessions in a day.

In general, we don't recommend doing more than one or two sessions a day but everyone is different and we have customers doing it 7 to 8 times a day or more.

Should the unit be set on level 10?

Yes for over 95% of people, the power level should be at 10. Always start at ten unless you are energy-sensitive and it really bothers you for some reason. Then step down to power levels 8, 7 or 6 and see if you have a better experience.

How long do I run it for?

Each protocol is different. They run times are from 30 minutes to little over 2 1/2 hours and it's very important that you run the entire protocol. You will not get the correct effectiveness if you don't complete it. You can pause it, but you need to come back and complete the entire protocol session for it to be effective.

My device gets warm is that normal?

Yes when a protocol is running the vibe should get warm up to 105°F which is perfectly normal. 105 Fahrenheit is what reasonably hot water would feel like on the inside of your wrist.

How far does it reach?

The magnetic field drops off very quickly, so the energy doesn't transfer across a room or anything like that.

However, when it's close to your body it's resonating with the water in your body and the electrical conductivity of your body. Think of it like a pebble in a pond.

The energy is delivered where the device is at, but that pebble makes a wave that travels through the water in your body. That's how it can be in your pocket and the energy still reaches your foot.

Plus the alternating magnetic wave makes an electrical current, a very slight one albeit, and the energy can travel throughout the entire body due to the electrical conductivity of skin, organs, etc.

Can I use it if I am pregnant?

No one in the PEMF community recommends using it if you're pregnant.

There are no known issues or cases where it's caused a problem, but everyone has agreed to err on the side of safety here and simply recommends not using it if you're pregnant.
