You may be able to have it covered with your HAS, but that's dependent on the specifics of the policy that you have. Please contact your provider to ask if they'll cover it. The closest description of the VIBE, to a product they will be familiar with, is a TENS unit.

We have a one-year warranty on the VIBE for most defects, however, common sense prevails here. If you're very rough or abusive with it and damage it that is not covered under warranty.

Yes we have a 30 day money back guarantee. We get asked all the time, especially the Canadian customers and customers outside the US, if that's from date purchase or date of receipt.
